The SAG Awards always have some of my favorite speeches from any of the awards shows and last night’s was no exception. The best speeches of the night, in my opinion, were from JK Simmons, Viola Davis and Julianne Moore, hands down. All three were funny, heartfelt and most of all, praising of the actors, from big to small, who helped in their win. Biography: Frances McDormand

Frances McDormand recently returned to Broadway in the Daniel Sullivan-directed hit staging of David Lindsay-Abaire’s play Good People. Her portrayal of Margie Walsh earned her the Drama League, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Tony Awards for Leading Actress.
