Open Call for SMOSH Casting

Stordahl and Terry Casting are doing a talent search for new cast members for SMOSH. They’re seeking funny males and females, 18-25, all ethnicities.

“We’re reaching out to find special comedic newcomers. We want to breakout some ridiculously funny 18-25 year olds who are full-package talent: performer + personality + writer-creator (along the lines of SNL and MadTV). All Cast Member positions are paid. It’s non-union, but union members are welcome to audition.”


Searching for MALES AND FEMALES, AGES 18-25 years old (actual), *OPEN TO ALL ETHNICITIES*
(African-American, Latin, Caucasian, Asian, South East Asian, Pacific Islander, etc.) Looking for NEW CAST MEMBERS to EXPAND the terrific current SMOSH CAST. This is an OPEN SEARCH for FULL PACKAGE TALENT: Performer + Personality + Creative Contributor. WE NEED bold, uninhibited, funny people ready and willing to throw on wigs/makeup/prosthetics in the name of comedy – skilled Sketch Performers, Comedic Actors and Social Media peeps that can handle both Scripted Sketch Comedy and Personality-Driven Unscripted Formats. SMOSH Cast Members should be FUN, authentic personalities that can contribute as WRITERS & CREATORS — an organic part of the SMOSH creative process. BIG
PLUS: Improvisation or Acting experience or training; Writer or ambition to be a writer; developed Sketch Characters; Bilingual SPANISH/English; Internet performance savvy; Have a YouTube channel or Instagram…SERIES REGULARS.
