As reported in the New York Daily News, Kobak says that the person using the computer system controls the cables and pulleys, and thus, was directly responsible for his injuries, which included a concussion, whiplash, and injuries to both his knees.

Kobak wants the person to be named so that he knows who was at fault for his accident.

He is asking a Manhattan state judge to order the show’s producers, 8 Legged Productions, to take part in an internal investigation where they would have to name the responsible party.
