‘Once’ Wins the Grammy for Best Musical Theater Album

once-original-cast-recordingOnce, the winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical, has won the 2013 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album last night.

If you’ve seen the show or have the recording, you know that it was absolutely well deserved.

The cast features Steve Kazee as ‘Guy’ and Cristin Milioti as ‘Girl.’ Also in the company are David Abeles, Will Connolly, Elizabeth A. Davis, David Patrick Kelly, Jillian Lebling, Eliza Holland Madore, Anne L. Nathan, Lucas Papaelias, Andy Taylor, Erikka Walsh, Paul Whitty, and J. Michael Zygo.

Once will begin a US national tour launched by The Road Company in the summer of 2013.
