Watch: Actors on Actors with Bryan Cranston and Jason Segel

Happy birthday, Bryan Cranston! The highly-respected star of Breaking Bad and Trumbo turns sixty years old today — and many would argue that he’s still at the peak of a decades-long promising career (one that began with a Preparation H commercial).

In a clip from Variety‘s Actors on Actors series, Cranston and Jason Segel had a lengthy discussion about their approach to acting, their shared roots in television, and playing real-life authors (Cranston having played Trumbo and Segel having played David Foster Wallace in last year’s The End of the Tour).
