Marvel Studios takes Manhattan (Beach)

The company has signed a long-term lease with Raleigh Studios to film four big-budget movies at Raleigh’s Manhattan Beach complex: “Iron Man 2,” “Thor,” “The First Avenger: Captain America” and “The Avengers.”
